If I could find a darn job and start making some coin again, I would join you. I've been wanting to do Shenandoah or 101 for years now.

How come Singlespeed isn't checked off?

Maybe next year. That should be a sweet tune-up for VT.

I drove Skyline Drive a few days ago on the way back from Tennessee, it was beautiful. Lots of big steep hills there.

I believe the course starts in the valley west of Skyline and goes up and down the next ridgeline to the west. Min to max differency along the course is 3000ft.

Good. I still wont keep up with you though. Now I need to register. Surprised you are using a hard copy, not electronic. It's a fun ride. I can't race it but this will be my third year.I am too slow. The suffering is significantly greater than 6 Gaps. Bring your pain game.

The Active.com "convenience" fees tend to be quite high, so I figured I'd save a few bucks by mailing this one in. If I got a bit more for my extra payment, like an online list of registered riders that Bikereg.com provides, I'd be more inclined to use Active.com.
