Spooky

Closest yet. Look at the times. One device detects motion relative to satellites in space whiring hundreds of miles above at thousands of miles per hour. The other counts ticks of the wheel. There were numerous stop-starts during this ride, yet after nearly three hours, GPS and wired computer are within 0.5 seconds of total moving time. Now only if they could measure distance as closely. GPS fell about 0.8 miles behind.

Dual computers if way too geeky says the man who uploads his rides to 3 separate logs/sites.

Maybe I should add a Droid to the mix...

They've got an app for that.

Doug, does that Cateye computer record in .5 MPH increments over 20 MPH? I have an older Enduro that does that but records in .1 increments up to 20. It's aggravating that it switches to .5 over 20. Please advise.

Pretty sure in "road" mode it does the same thing. There were two ways to set it up, road and MTB. MTB was set for finer resolution at slower speeds. I have about 8 Cateye computers in a drawer now, some brand new. All I use is GPS these days.
